Personalized products

O2 Baby products are prepared with the name, design, and size selected by the customer. The customer is responsible for checking the name, spelling, size, phone number, and address before completing payment.

Prices and payment

Product prices, shipping fees, and the final total are displayed clearly at checkout before payment. The displayed currency may vary according to the customer’s country and store settings. The amount shown when the order is confirmed applies.

Order confirmation

An order is confirmed after payment confirmation is received or an available payment method is accepted. We may contact the customer to confirm the name, address, or phone number before preparation begins.

Cancellation and changes

You may request cancellation or changes before preparation begins. Once printing and preparation have started, cancellation or changes to the name, design, or size cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping and delivery

We serve customers in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Kuwait. The estimated total preparation and delivery time is 7 to 12 days from order confirmation. Holidays, the shipping carrier, or incomplete address details may affect this estimate.

Returns and exchanges

The store’s published returns and exchanges policy applies to all orders. Personalized products cannot be returned simply because of a change of mind after preparation has begun, except in cases of an error or clear defect covered by that policy.

Intellectual property

All website content, including images, designs, the logo, and text, belongs to O2 Baby and may not be copied, used, or republished without prior permission.
