O2 Baby provides newborn sets customized with names and designs for customers in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Kuwait.

Preparation and delivery time

Each order is made to order after confirmation. The estimated total preparation and delivery time is 7 to 12 days from order confirmation.

This timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by public holidays, shipping company procedures, incomplete addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery information

Customers must enter their name, phone number, country, city, and detailed address correctly. We may contact customers to confirm these details before preparation begins.

O2 Baby is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect address or phone number, or by a customer failing to respond to the shipping company.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees and any applicable order charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment. The final amount displayed when the order is confirmed applies.

Receiving your order

Please inspect the shipment upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any visible damage or error in the order, providing clear photos of the product and packaging.

If a tracking number is available, it will be sent through the contact method provided with the order.
